Catalina has more than 15 years of consulting experience and advises clients across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on telecommunications, metals, and mining. Her recent work has centered on all domains of telco companies, as well as the gold, coal, and mining spheres. Her engagements have involved performance improvement, organization, strategy and customer strategy, and digital enablement across several companies, industries, and geographies. In addition to her client work, Catalina is the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leader for our South America offices and office head of the Bogotá office.

Prior to founding A10, Ana was Head of Latin American Capital Markets at Goldman Sachs in New York. She was one of the four executive managing directors Goldman assigned to Brazil to build its local banking and markets operations in 2007. Ana was also Head of Latin American investment banking consumer & healthcare at Barclays in Sao Paulo. She has also held senior positions in investment banking at Merrill Lynch in London and New York for over 8 years.

Scokin joined Despegar in December 2016 and has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since February 2017. From 2014 to 2016 Mr. Scokin was the CEO of Ultrapetrol where he continues to be a member of the company's board of directors. From 2005 to 2014, he held various positions within LATAM Airlines Group. From 2012 to 2014, he served as CEO of LATAM's International Business Unit.

Musician, songwriter, and founding member of Morat, one of the most influential Latin pop-rock bands of the last decade. Born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, he studied Industrial Engineering at Universidad de los Andes before fully dedicating himself to music. Since co-founding Morat in 2011 alongside Juan Pablo Isaza, Martín Vargas, and Simón Vargas, he has been instrumental in shaping a new wave of Spanish-language pop—fusing folk, rock, and Latin rhythms into a signature sound.

 

The band has released multiple chart-topping albums and amassed over 20 billion streams. Their accolades include 2 Diamond and 55 Platinum Albums, 2 Latin Grammy nominations, a Guinness World Record, and numerous international awards.

President of HUGE (Honduras, USA, Guatemala, El Salvador) Business and Investment Council; Chairman of The Daboub Partnership; Vice Chairman of Dorado Group; and Founding CEO of the Global Adaptation Institute. He has taught at Princeton University and is a member of several Boards of Directors of both public and private businesses and non-for-profits in the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America, including two SPACs and a Fortune 500 company. Between 1992-2004, he served under different capacities three consecutive Governments in El Salvador without belonging to any political party, including as President of the Electric Utilities.

Luka holds an MBA from Stanford and engineering degrees from PUC Chile.

MD at Cerralvo, a search fund investment firm. He’s led two successful companies through ETA—Bomi de México and Laboratorio Médico Polanco—and has been active as both investor and board member. Mario has raised funds, backed multiple searchers, and holds an MBA from Stanford.

He was Co-Founder of Americas Car Group, a company sold to Prosus group for over 1 billion and one of the fastest-growing companies in emerging markets all over the world; in that company, he acted as CEO for Chile, COO for Americas, and Global Head of Expansion, marketing, and analytics.
He has been an active entrepreneur and startup investor, Co-Founder of Opencasa, a prop-tech company based in the US, and an angel investor in over ten companies.
